Responsibilities

• Shape, scope, and align complex engagements for federal customers.
• Drive architectural strategy from solutioning through execution.
• Review project direction to keep programs on track and solutions extendable.
• Lead Salesforce platform design and target-state architecture.
• Document business processes and wire-frame system designs (UML, flows).
• Present clearly to stakeholders across client organizations.
• Identify and manage risks to resolution.
• Mentor peers and contribute to knowledge base.
