• Prior banking experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Triage and investigate inbound client inquiries and collaborate with appropriate parties to resolve all items.
• Communicate effectively with internal and external banking partners.
• Assist in implementing state-of-the-art fraud prevention and reconciliation services for current and new clients.
• Assist clients with third‑party website questions and setup.
• Maintain customer account activity by processing requested deposits, payments, and other banking‑related transactions.
• Identify trends in customer items and recommend process improvements.
• Escalate complex or high‑risk cases to management when necessary.
