• Assist clients with third‑party website questions and setup.
• Maintain customer account activity by processing requested deposits, payments, and other banking‑related transactions.
• Identify trends in customer items and recommend process improvements.
• Escalate complex or high‑risk cases to management when necessary.

Job Summary

We are seeking a Sales Support Analyst to join our Pennsylvania team. This hybrid role (3 days in-person, 2 days remote) supports the relationship management/sales team and interfaces with internal departments and clients to maintain strong relationships with local governments under the Pennsylvania School District Liquid Asset Fund brand. Relocation is not provided.

Duties / Responsibilities

• Triage and investigate inbound client inquiries and collaborate with appropriate parties to resolve all items.
