Sales Development Representative – Public Sector SDR team (entry level in commercial and public sector teams).

Location

This is an on‑site position in our Tysons Corner, VA office.

Responsibilities

• Research and build targeted prospect lists for clients’ tech products or services.
• Reach out to prospects with personalized outreach to uncover sales opportunities.
• Qualify prospects and book meetings with the client’s Account Executive.
• Continuously improve sales development skills and explore career paths in high‑tech sales.

Training & Development

At memoryBlue, every new SDR begins with paid Prospecting Principles training, including:

• A 4‑day bootcamp with instructor‑led role plays and call‑playbook development.
• 12 weeks of Foundations sessions featuring coaching, weekly goal tracking, and peer feedback.
• Certification as a Sales Development Representative, covering cold outreach, list building, email and voicemail strategies, objection handling, and more.
• Ongoing regular company‑wide sessions and role‑specific coaching after certification.
