Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field (public administration, business, risk management or safety).
• Four years in risk management administration; at least two with a governmental agency.
• California Driver’s License valid and maintained throughout employment.
• Background check successfully completed before employment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate a comprehensive risk management program across City departments.
• Review contracts and certificates of insurance; ensure compliance with laws and best practices.
• Investigate claims, analyze trends, and coordinate training to reduce risk.
