Job summary

PwC in Washington, DC is seeking a Regulatory Risk Compliance Manager to lead government contract consulting within our Risk and Compliance practice. You will guide compliance analysis, shape project plans, and coach staff to deliver practical recommendations for public sector engagements.

You will manage workstreams, budgets, and timelines while applying sound judgment to resolve issues and escalate when needed. Travel up to 80% is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree minimum.
• At least 5 years of experience in regulatory risk and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Leading government contract consulting workstreams across regulatory risk and compliance engagements.
• Guiding teams in developing compliance strategies, control assessments, and remediation plans.
• Managing project planning, budgeting, timelines, and deliverables for reviews.
• Analyzing regulatory requirements, contract provisions, and control structures to identify risk.
• Developing client deliverables that summarize findings, recommendations, and steps for implementation.
• Reviewing technical work for accuracy and alignment with requirements and standards.
• Coaching team members on methodologies, reporting approaches, and case documentation.
• Addressing client issues through clear communication and timely escalation.
• Identifying opportunities to apply technology and data-driven methods to improve monitoring.
