Job summary

PwC's Risk & Regulatory - Government Contract Consulting team is seeking a Manager to lead client engagements in risk and regulatory compliance, helping organizations navigate complex frameworks and strengthen internal controls.

You will manage teams, mentor junior staff, present to C-suite, and drive initiatives across finance transformation and operating effectiveness, while upholding PwC standards and independence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree minimum.
• 5+ years of experience minimum.
• Knowledge of FAR, CAS, government cost principles and 2 CFR 200 Uniform Guidance is valued.

Responsibilities

• Lead client engagements in risk and compliance.
• Develop and implement regulatory strategies for clients.
• Enhance internal controls to mitigate risks.
• Guide compliance program implementations and tests.
• Conduct risk analyses and governance reviews.
