Job summary

PwC seeks a Manager in Risk & Regulatory Consulting to lead client engagements across regulatory compliance and risk management. You will guide teams, mentor staff, and deliver strategic solutions that strengthen controls and governance.

Travel up to 80% is expected as you coordinate with cross-functional teams and present to C-Level executives. The role requires a Bachelor's degree and at least 5 years of experience, with familiarity in FAR, CAS, and government contract compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• At least 5 years of experience.
• Experience with FAR, CAS, government cost principles, and grant compliance requirements, including 2 CFR 200 Uniform Guidance and single audit reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead client engagements in risk and compliance focusing on regulatory compliance and risk management.
• Develop and implement strategies to navigate complex regulatory landscapes for clients.
• Manage and enhance internal controls to mitigate risks.
• Guide teams in compliance program implementations and controls testing.
• Conduct risk analysis and governance reviews to identify improvement areas.
• Oversee preparation and delivery of C-Level risk management presentations.
