Job summary

Public Consulting Group (PCG) is seeking experienced User Acceptance and System Testers to support software implementation, modernization, and digital transformation in public sector projects. The role emphasizes test planning, execution, data validation, and collaboration across business analysts, developers, and stakeholders.

You will design test scenarios, perform functional and integration testing, manage defects, and ensure requirements traceability throughout the sprint-based delivery

Qualifications

• Experience planning and performing functional, system, integration, regression, and user acceptance testing, including the creation and execution of test plans, test cases, scenarios, and scripts.
• Experience identifying, documenting, prioritizing, and tracking defects using test management tools.
• Strong understanding of SDLC and testing methodologies.
• Ability to analyze requirements, workflows, and business processes.

Responsibilities

• Create, prepare and deliver test scenarios, test strategies, reviews and test data.
• Conduct user acceptance testing on technical work items delivered for the business.
• Author complex test scenarios, test cases and test scripts.
• Design, develop, and maintain test cases and scripts based on requirements.
• Execute functional, system integration, regression, and UAT testing activities.
• Validate data integrity across integrated applications and interfaces.
• Collaborate with analysts, developers, project managers, and stakeholders to validate end-to-end processes.
