Job summary

MPI is hiring a Project Manager for multi-family construction in the Miami area. You will lead public/government projects, manage client relations, and coordinate with the superintendent for delivery. Requirements include 5+ years in project management, ground-up public sector experience, a Construction Management or Engineering degree, and MS Project.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in project management, preferably in construction.
• Ground-up construction experience in public/government projects.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or Engineering.
• Experience with scheduling software, especially MS Project.
• OSHA 30 hour certification and LEED accreditation.
• Experience with industrial construction projects.
• CPR/First Aid/AED training is a plus.
• Active industry associations and affiliations.

• Conducting profit and loss analysis.
• Ensuring client satisfaction and strong client management.
• Providing clear direction to on-site personnel and team.
• Working with the superintendent to execute projects.
• Coordinating with stakeholders to meet milestones.
