Qualifications

• Minimum three years in contract administration, procurement, purchasing and/or buying in government-related settings.
• Knowledge of contracts, procurement codes, and contract law.
• Excellent verbal and written communications at all levels of the organization.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ability to train others on procurement processes.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate bid solicitations, proposals, quotes, and Ensure compliance with applicable laws and internal directives.
• Conduct prebid conferences, vendor site visits and assist Evaluation Committee.
• Prepare bid analysis, cost spreadsheets and contract award recommendations.
• Review invoices and assist with supplier disputes and contract closures.
