Qualifications

• Master's degree and 1 year procurement experience
• Bachelor's degree and 3 years procurement experience
• Associate degree and 5 years procurement experience

Responsibilities

• Manages procurement activities and implements complex procurements.
• Develops solicitations based on agency requirements and ensures compliance.
• Evaluates bids and selects awardees, posting solicitations to notify vendors.
• Maintains contract performance reviews and coordinates remediation as needed.
• Provides training on contract development and source selection methods.
