Qualifications

• Attends the following classes and/or passes the relevant State Purchasing exams within 12 months of hire date.

Responsibilities

• Reviews incoming purchase requests to insure specifications and/or descriptions are adequate and properly describe the product or service being purchased.
• Determines if needed information and documents are adequate and meet policy and procedure requirements.
