Job summary

Washington County is seeking a Management Analyst II in the Department of Land Use and Transportation (LUT). This role provides administrative stewardship, compliance oversight, and process improvement across LUT to support operations and ensure accurate responses to inquiries.

The ideal candidate coordinates the public records function, maintains asset inventories, and leads workflow optimization initiatives with cross-team collaboration and leadership alignment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in public or business administration, statistics, accounting, or a related field.
• Two (2) years of progressively responsible professional experience in administrative, operations, or similar analyses.
• Associate degree plus four (4) years of relevant experience in administrative, operations, or similar analyses.
• High School Diploma/GED with six (6) years of progressive work experience, including public sector experience.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the public records function, including statutory compliance and records management.
• Maintain and verify departmental asset inventories.
• Lead efforts to streamline workflows and improve operational efficiency across LUT.
• Collaborate with leadership to implement best practices and ensure timely responses to inquiries.
