Job summary

Kitchell seeks an experienced Senior Project Manager to join our Central California region in Modesto and build a long-term career at one of the most innovative building companies in the United States.

Responsibilities include providing PM/CM services for modernization and capital projects in the public market; civic/municipal experience preferred. Bachelor's degree preferred; 12+ years in construction with PM experience is expected.

Qualifications

• Experience in Civic/Municipal market sectors is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of master planning, project development and cost controls.
• Proficiency with design documentation and delivery methods.

Responsibilities

• Act as Construction Manager with direct client-facing responsibilities.
• Coordinate with city departments for PM/CM services.
• Ensure contract, drawings, estimates compliance and project documentation.
• Lead project meetings and track progress and reporting.
• Maintain client satisfaction and resolve issues promptly.
• Manage logistics, safety, and manpower for project delivery.
