Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in architecture, engineering, construction management or related field preferred.
• 7+ years of project and construction management experience in the public sector required.
• Experience with the Judicial Market sector, DGS, or City/County Public Works preferred.
• Extensive client-facing experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Directs and leads all project phases.
• Ensures operations align with PM procedures and policies.
• Prepares and negotiates owner contracts; manages contract delivery.
• Assists in procuring design professional services and administers contracts.
• Develops and maintains project budgets and cost control information.
• Prepares master schedules and construction schedules; monitors delays.
• Oversees design reviews and value engineering sessions.
• Organizes preconstruction activities and bid processes.
• Monitors progress to ensure schedule, budget and contractual conformance.
• Oversees project closeout and warranty coordination.
• Executes additional duties as assigned.
