Job summary

Deloitte France is seeking an Analyst to join our GPS practice in the United States. You will design and deliver Oracle HCM Cloud integrations, coordinate data mapping and middleware, and participate in testing and deployment activities across HR and technical teams.

The role requires 1+ year of Oracle HCM Cloud experience, ability to obtain Public Trust clearance, and US work authorization. Travel up to 50% may be required as client work dictates.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver Oracle HCM Cloud integrations with connected enterprise systems.
• Assist with inbound and outbound interface development, data mapping, middleware coordination, and integration documentation.
• Participate in integration testing, issue tracking, defect resolution, and end-to-end validation activities.
• Support data conversion activities including extraction, cleansing, transformation, loading, reconciliation, and cutover preparation.
• Collaborate with HR, security, reporting, and technical teams to understand dependencies and support project requirements.
• Maintain project documentation, status updates, risks, action items, and technical deliverables throughout the implementation lifecycle.
• Support deployment, go-live, and post-production stabilization activities following Deloitte delivery methods and quality standards.
