Deloitte GPS is seeking a Senior Consultant to lead Oracle HCM Cloud integrations for public sector clients. You will design, implement, and govern end-to-end interfaces across enterprise systems.

Qualifications

• 5+ years delivering Oracle HCM Cloud technical solutions.
• 2+ years leading integrations for a full-life cycle implementation of Oracle Cloud HCM.
• Bachelor's degree required; ability to obtain Public Trust clearance.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% and work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, coordination, and delivery of Oracle HCM Cloud technical integrations across enterprise systems.
• Define integration strategy and oversee inbound/outbound interfaces, middleware coordination, data mapping, and end-to-end validation.
• Partner with HR, security, and technology stakeholders to ensure solutions are aligned to functional, technical, and compliance requirements.
• Lead data conversion planning and execution, including extraction, cleansing, transformation, load support, reconciliation, and cutover readiness.
• Managing technical risks, dependencies, defects, and issue resolution across integrations and conversions throughout the project lifecycle.
• Supporting testing, deployment, go-live, and post-production stabilization to help ensure successful Oracle HCM Cloud implementation outcomes.
