Qualifications

• 5+ years delivering Oracle HCM Cloud technical solutions.
• 2+ years leading integrations for a full lifecycle implementation of Oracle Cloud HCM
• Ability to obtain and maintain the required Public Trust clearance for this role
• Bachelor's degree
• Ability to travel up to 50%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, coordination, and delivery of Oracle HCM Cloud integrations across enterprise systems.
• Define integration strategy and oversee inbound/outbound interfaces, data mapping, and end-to-end validation.
• Partner with HR, security, and technology stakeholders to ensure solutions are aligned to functional, technical, and compliance requirements.
• Lead data conversion planning and execution, including extraction, cleansing, transformation, load support, reconciliation, and cutover readiness.
• Manage technical risks, dependencies, defects, and issue resolution across integrations and conversions throughout the project lifecycle.
• Support testing, deployment, go-live, and post-production stabilization to help ensure successful Oracle HCM Cloud implementation outcomes
