Job summary

Logitech is seeking a Public Sector Major Accounts Manager for the North region, based in Ohio or Pennsylvania, with focus on State & Local Government, Education and nonprofit accounts across the territory. The role requires selling into the public vertical and engaging with key decision-makers to craft solutions that exceed business expectations.

You will drive pipelines, manage complex sales cycles, and collaborate with internal teams and channel partners to deliver elite customer experiences.

Qualifications

• Proven relevant sales experience in the public sector with an assigned sales quota.
• Strong written and verbal communication, including presentation skills.
• Experience in selling Unified Communications (UC) and a strong understanding of cloud solutions.
• Previous experience building strategic public sector account plans.
• Sales experience in Video Collaboration is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain an accurate project pipeline / pipeline sufficiency and tracking of this pipeline through tools and data reporting.
• Proficient in CRM Tools (Salesforce).
• Focus on prospecting new accounts and developing top SLED accounts within your territory and vertical focus.
• Strong desire to win deals, RFPs and Standards and even take on tough accounts while delivering quarterly revenue commitment and strong forecast.
• Maintain an accurate project pipeline as well as pipeline sufficiency to meet and exceed your quota.
• Ability to create strong stories on own and through the use of innovative technologies (such as AI) for presentation purposes.
• Manage the sales cycle which includes the creation of client presentations and demos.
• Partner with the channel partners including System Integrators and VARs to fulfill customers’ requirements.
• Listen, aggregate feedback and provide customer insights relative to market trends and competitive landscape back to the product management team.
• Streamline feedback from the team toward selling and operational efficiencies as the business grows.
