Associates work closely with partners and senior attorneys, handling all phases of litigation from inception through resolution with mentorship and no billable-hour requirement.

Qualifications

• Licensed to practice law in Texas.
• Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills.
• Ability to manage a substantial caseload and meet deadlines.
• Sound judgment and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsabilités

• Draft and review pleadings, motions, discovery, judgments, and legal memoranda.
• Manage active court dockets across multiple jurisdictions.
• Make court appearances and participate in hearings and other legal proceedings.
• Advise governmental clients on tax collection and related legal matters.
• Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, courts, and other stakeholders.
• Assist with appellate matters as needed.
• Participate in client development and Firm initiatives, including local and statewide professional events.
