Qualifications

• Trial experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage a diverse caseload with autonomy.
• Conduct comprehensive legal research to support litigation strategy.
• Draft, review, and revise legal documents with precision.
• Represent clients in court hearings, mediations, and negotiations.
• Provide strategic legal counsel in business disputes and other areas.
• Develop and execute case strategies for favorable outcomes.
