PRIORITY Quality Consultants, on behalf of its client, a well-established IT company, seeks a Senior IT Project Manager to oversee complex public-sector IT projects from initiation to closure. You will lead cross-functional teams, manage risks, and maintain strong client communications in a dynamic environment.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree and 7+ years of IT project management experience, with excellent English and Greek communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/IT/Engineering or related field.
• At least 7 years of IT Project Management experience.
• Strong planning, coordination, risk and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and cross-functional teams.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluency in English and Greek, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage complex IT projects for public sector organizations, ensuring timely delivery within scope, budget, and quality standards.
• Coordinate and supervise cross-functional project teams, fostering collaboration and high performance.
• Serve as primary point of contact for project matters with clients, government authorities, contractors, and internal stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans with timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
• Monitor progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation and corrective actions.
• Manage stakeholder expectations and align with business objectives.
• Translate business requirements into clear functional specifications for technical teams.
• Prepare and deliver project status reports, presentations, and documentation.
• Ensure coordination across multiple projects while maintaining client satisfaction.
