Job summary

Game Plan Tech LLC is seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead and manage critical IT projects for public sector clients, including cloud landing zones, cloud-native software development, and AI implementations. The role requires strong PM skills and experience with DoD, federal civilian agencies, and state/local governments.

You will oversee scope, schedule, budget, and risk, coordinate with government stakeholders and internal teams, and drive delivery using Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall

Qualifications

• 10+ years of IT project management experience delivering complex technical solutions.
• Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field.
• Experience with Cloud Landing Zones (AWS/Azure/GCP) and AI/ML implementations.
• Experience managing US Public Sector projects (DoD, Federal Civilian, State/Local).
• Familiarity with PM methodologies: Agile, Scrum, Waterfall.

Responsibilities

• Lead full lifecycle IT projects from initiation to closure.
• Manage COR liaison and ensure deliverables per PWS.
• Develop comprehensive project plans: scope, objectives, timelines, and budget.
• Facilitate progress reviews and stakeholder communications.
• Mentor project teams and maintain project documentation.
• Stay current with cloud, AI, and software trends for the public sector.
