Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations.
• Knowledge of employment law and public sector HR policies.
• Strong communication and conflict-resolution skills.
• Proficiency with HRIS, MS Office, and recordkeeping.
• Ability to analyze HR data and prepare reports.
• Experience designing training or employee engagement initiatives.
• Bachelor’s degree in HR/BA or related; SHRM-CP/PHR is a plus.
