Job summary

SAP NS2 is seeking an experienced HCM Program Manager to lead complex SAP delivery programs for U.S. public sector customers, overseeing multi‑workstream, fixed‑price engagements that include payroll modernization and supply chain transformation.

You will guide multiple project managers, coordinate with partner organizations, and drive governance, contracts, billing, and escalation management to ensure successful delivery and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Proven expertise in SAP HCM, Payroll, and SuccessFactors, with demonstrated experience leading complex implementations from planning through deployment.
• Proven SAP experience leading complex, multi workstream programs with responsibility for scope, schedule, budget, risks, issues, and delivery outcomes.
• Demonstrated experience leading and coordinating multiple Project Managers, partner organizations, and cross functional delivery teams.
• Experience supporting U.S. Federal, State, or other public sector customers, with an understanding of government contracting, compliance, and customer governance.
• Strong understanding of contracts, statements of work, billing, resource management, change control, and delivery governance, with the ability to lead executive discussions and resolve escalations.
• Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to establish clear expectations, navigate complex customer environments, and drive alignment across senior leadership, delivery teams, and partners.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex SAP delivery programs for U.S. public sector customers, overseeing multi-workstream, fixed-price engagements that include payroll modernization and supply chain transformation.
• Build and steer programs that shape how public sector customers adopt cloud-based SAP HCM and supply chain solutions, evaluating issues, sustaining delivery quality, coordinating partner PMs, and mentoring teams.
• Guide multiple Project Managers across internal and partner organizations, and lead leadership discussions with a strong, steady voice to ensure governance and alignment.
• Drive delivery governance, contracts, billing, risk management, and executive escalations to ensure successful outcomes and customer trust.
