Job summary

SAP NS2 is seeking an HCM Project Manager to lead SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll projects for U.S. public sector customers. The role requires U.S.

citizenship and security-sensitive access; SAP NS2 does not sponsor visas, and employees must obtain manager approval to transfer. Based in Herndon, VA, you will drive delivery discipline, coordinate multiple teams, and ensure project milestones align with SAP methodologies, while collaborating with customers to deliver payroll

Qualifications

• Proven SAP HCM, Payroll and SuccessFactors expertise in complex implementations.
• Experience leading multi-workstream programs with scope, schedule, budget, risks, and delivery.
• Experience coordinating multiple PMs, partner orgs, and cross-functional teams.
• Experience supporting U.S. Federal/State or public sector customers, with gov contracting knowledge.
• Understanding of contracts, statements of work, billing, resource management, change control, and delivery governance.
• Strong executive communication and stakeholder management to align senior leadership and delivery teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll projects for U.S. public sector customers.
• Oversee project delivery, scope, schedule, budget, risks, issues, and governance.
• Coordinate with technical teams and partner organizations to ensure accurate migration, cutover, and QA.
