You’ll work with the Not-for-Profit and Public Sector practice across the Pacific Northwest, supporting growth and market leadership in GASB auditing standards, with hybrid or fully virtual options.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance or related field is required.
• Active CPA license is required.
• 5+ years in public accounting with experience managing people and projects in auditing and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead audit and assurance engagements from planning through completion.
• Mentor and develop staff throughout engagements.
• Manage client relationships and communicate progress and issues.
• Support practice growth through high-quality service and technical expertise.
• Lead internal training and participate in business development activities.
