Job summary

NTT DATA seeks a Financial Lead in Austin, TX to own FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting under TX-DIR contracts. You will manage billing/invoicing governance, support procure-to-pay, and coordinate with procurement and vendors for compliant, timely invoicing.

The role requires 8+ years in finance, TX-DIR experience, and strong MS Office/ERP skills to deliver accurate reports and drive process improvements.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of finance experience (FP&A, accounting, close/reporting).
• Experience with U.S. public sector contracting preferred.
• Knowledge of TX-DIR contracts and government invoicing practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead operational financial planning, budgeting, forecasting and management reporting under TX-DIR contracts.
• Own billing and invoicing governance with adherence to contract terms and customer requirements.
• Provide DIR operational support across procurement and order-to-cash processes.
• Track software licensing, renewals, and related payments for accurate billing.
• Collaborate with procurement, contracts, and vendors to resolve PO/invoice issues and improve cycle times.
• Validate invoice line mapping to DIR pricing and customer POs; ensure proper backup.
• Monitor cash flow and working capital; drive timely collections with account leadership.
• Provide budget reporting for DIR and STS customers and ensure GAAP compliance.
