Job summary

Robinhood is seeking a Program Manager for Customer Care, Government Products to oversee end-to-end program management for Trump Accounts in partnership with U.S. Treasury regulators and BNY.

The role ensures timely execution across Legal, Compliance, Operations, Finance, Security, and Engineering, with in-person attendance required at three days per week in Denver, CO; Westlake, TX; or Chicago, IL. You will lead cross-functional governance, risk mitigation, vendor management, and change

Qualifications

• Experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder programs in financial services or heavily contracted environments.
• Proven ability to build governance structures, SOPs, and cross-functional processes.
• Strong written and verbal communication, plus executive-level reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end contact center program management for cross-functional initiatives.
• Coordinate with Product, Engineering, Legal, Compliance, and Risk for regulatory alignment.
• Establish governance cadences, reporting, and executive updates.
• Identify and mitigate risks; maintain RAID logs and escalations.
• Manage vendor and partner relationships, SLAs, and contract deliverables.
• Oversee change management for production changes with testing and rollback plans.
• Support audits, regulatory exams, and inquiries with documentation and responses.
• Develop KPI/metrics reporting for program health and outcomes.
• Act as BNY Contact Center Engagement Owner during Trump Account incidents.
• Lead incident management and business continuity for production issues affecting systems.
