• Ability to develop competitive cost estimates and manage bid lifecycle.
• Strong understanding of public-sector procurement and government bid requirements.
• Proven track record delivering projects from award through closeout.

Responsibilities

• Lead preconstruction estimating: takeoffs, cost estimates, and bid packaging.
• Solicit and evaluate bids from subcontractors and suppliers.
• Manage project execution: scope, schedule, budget, quality, and safety.
• Oversee owner communications and reporting through closeout.
