Job summary

Innovaccer Analytics seeks an AVP-Sales, Public Sector to own and grow a portfolio of government health and human services accounts in the U.S. You will sell Innovaccer’s platform to Medicaid programs and state/local health departments, building senior-level relationships across agencies and IT and procurement teams.

You will drive the full sales cycle from market engagement through award and contract, collaborating with sales engineering, legal, and customer success to craft compelling value

Qualifications

• Extensive experience selling enterprise software to state, local, or county government entities.
• Proven track record of multi-year, multi-stakeholder sales cycles and quota attainment.
• Strong knowledge of government procurement processes and contracting.
• Existing relationships with health and human services agencies preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own the sales strategy and execution for a defined public sector territory.
• Build trust with agency executives and procurement staff across Medicaid and public health programs.
• Lead responses to RFPs/RFIs and coordinate with legal, pricing, and security teams.
• Manage pipeline, forecasting, and multi-year procurement timelines.
• Represent Innovaccer at government conferences and forums.
