Job summary

Medallia is seeking a Public Sector Engagement Manager to drive long-term value realization for government clients. You will partner with Account Executives to deliver strategic XM programs, orchestrate cross-functional teams, and ensure ROI through proactive program roadmaps.

You will manage executive relationships, translate needs into actionable plans, and align efforts with federal procurement and compliance requirements across agencies.

Qualifications

• Experience working with U.S. federal government clients or vendors.
• (Must meet security and eligibility requirements as applicable).
• 5+ years in high-touch client success, management consulting, or program management within government contexts.
• Understanding of federal compliance frameworks (FedRAMP, DoD IL4/IL5, ATO, MOU).

Responsibilities

• Lead internal Medallia account teams and partner accounts to ensure high-quality delivery.
• Collaborate with clients to create a vision and strategic roadmaps for XM programs.
• Own multi-level client stakeholder relationships across agencies and roles.
• Develop and manage project plans, coordinating across consultants and teams.
• Monitor account health, platform adoption, and user sentiment; drive value.
• Advise on best practices and compliance-aligned implementation strategies.
• Advocate for clients with Product/Engineering to influence roadmaps.
