Job summary

Medallia, Inc. is seeking an experienced Product Manager to own the Public Sector roadmap and AI-powered capabilities for government customers and partners.

You will translate security, compliance, and AI governance requirements into product and engineering work, partnering with Security, Compliance, and AI governance teams. Hybrid role with priority for Tysons area, collaborating across security, legal, and GTM to meet regulatory standards and drive enterprise adoption of Medallia Experience

Qualifications

• 6+ years of product management experience in enterprise SaaS, including public sector or high regulated markets.
• Experience defining and executing AI-powered features in an enterprise SaaS product.
• Experience launching a product through FedRAMP, StateRAMP, CJIS, IRS 1075, or comparable authorization.
• Experience translating frameworks (e.g. NIST 800-53) into product and engineering requirements.
• Experience leading cross-functional stakeholder alignment across engineering, security, compliance, legal, and go-to-market teams.

Responsibilities

• Own the Public Sector roadmap and security capabilities, balancing business needs, compliance, and AI governance reviews.
• Own authorization requirements (FedRAMP, IL4/IL5, StateRAMP, CJIS, IRS 1075) and translate them into product work.
• Own platform security and privacy surfaces: authentication, provisioning, roles, encryption, data residency, retention, audit logs, DSAR.
• Shape AI capabilities for government and enterprise environments, aligning with AI governance and regulatory standards.
• Prioritize roadmap work from security remediation, compliance remediation, or AI governance.
