• Experience in data entry and auditing preferred
• Strong attention to detail and time management skills

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed quality and productivity standards.
• Perform data entry functions including audit and exception handling; be a subject matter expert for data entry.
• Collaborate with team across shifts and sites to meet client timelines and quality requirements.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements to increase productivity.
• Assist in training new hires and provide guidance to other processors.
