The Data Analyst is responsible for researching and collecting project-related data and developing an analytical approach to track progress and outcomes for MONSE and partner agencies. The role creates routine reports, dashboards, and geospatial visuals that inform planning and operations, using tools like Power BI and ArcGIS, with a focus on transparency and data-driven decision making.

Bachelor’s degree in Public Policy, Social Sciences, Data Analytics, or related field.
Proficiency in designing and building reports and interactive dashboards, with a preference for Power BI.
Proficiency with GIS software (ArcGIS, QGIS) for spatial analysis and mapping.

Responsibilities

Prepare and deliver accurate data for quarterly grant reports in partnership with program managers and agency leadership, ensuring compliance with funding requirements.
Respond to data requests from internal leadership, city agencies, and the public with timely statistical summaries.
Design, develop, and maintain dashboards and reports using Power BI and geospatial visuals with ArcGIS or similar software.
