Job summary

Guidacent, Inc. is seeking a Data Analyst & Reporting Specialist to support our public sector client’s Cost of Service Study.

You will lead data collection, validation, reconciliation, workbook development, and reporting across cost data categories and assumptions. You will work closely with the Principal Consultant, Cost of Service & Financial Analysis to organize source data, support cost model development, identify data gaps, and ensure all analysis is traceable to agency records for

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
3–7 years of experience in financial and data analysis, reporting or BI.
Experience with financial, operational, staffing, vendor, contract, or budget data.
Advanced Excel skills: formulas, pivots, data validation, model support.
Ability to translate raw data into clear outputs and reporting exhibits.

Responsibilities

Lead data collection, validation, reconciliation, and workbook development for the Cost of Service Study.
Develop reporting outputs and tables to determine fully loaded service costs.
Support cost model development and data gap identification with traceability.
Prepare executive-level findings and recommendations and supporting exhibits.
Maintain organized files and documentation for auditability.
