The Cost Analyst will be responsible for analyzing and reporting on all aspects of company costs, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of financial principles, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and maintain cost analysis reports, including budget vs. actual, variance analysis, and cost of goods sold

- Identify and analyze cost drivers and recommend cost-saving opportunities

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze financial data

- Assist in the development and implementation of cost control measures

- Monitor and report on inventory levels and costs

- Conduct regular audits to ensure accuracy and completeness of cost data

- Prepare and present cost analysis reports to senior management

- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices related to cost analysis

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in cost analysis or related field

- Strong understanding of financial principles and cost accounting

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

- Proficient in MS Excel and other financial software
