Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in business admin, contract mgmt, accounting, finance, econ, statistics, math, public admin, or related field.
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret legal documents, financial reports, and technical documents.
• Knowledge of purchasing and supply chain procedures and government accounting concepts (GAAP).
• Experience with contract management, procurement processes, and contract milestones.

Responsibilities

• Ensure contract compliance with laws, policies, and procedures; identify risks and mitigation.
• Draft and administer contracts to ensure terms are met.
• Liaise with project stakeholders to ensure safe, proper project execution.
• Prepare reports on contract compliance, progress, and administration.
• Maintain accurate, organized contract records and track milestones, renewals, and deadlines.
