Qualifications

• Lead vendor and subcontractor compliance.

Responsibilities

• Proactively spot compliance gaps and partner with Legal and Contracts on remediation and new contract onboarding.
• Run our compliance training program end-to-end, from delivery to auditable recordkeeping.
• Serve as our primary point of contact with DCSA to establish and maintain Peregrine's facility clearance (FCL).
• Manage the full personnel clearance lifecycle, investigations, determinations, reinvestigations, and records.
• Administer our ethics hotline, case tracking, and reporting to Legal and leadership.
• Run our conflict of interest disclosure process and political contribution logging under FAR ethics requirements.
• Support upkeep of our Code of Business Ethics and Conduct.
• Lead vendor & subcontractor compliance.

The Role

We're hiring a Public Sector Compliance Manager to manage Peregrine's public sector compliance function as we grow in the U.S. market. This is a critical, highly cross-functional role for a detail-oriented operator who understands how compliance programs work in practice, not just on paper. You will be the company's owner for Peregrine's public sector contractor obligations, building and running the systems, processes, and relationships that keep Peregrine compliant with its obligations as a government contractor. Success in this role requires exceptional organizational discipline and project management skills, as well as the ability to coordinate across multiple cross-functional teams, including Legal, People Operations, Finance, Contracts, and GRC.
