Barge Design Solutions, Inc. seeks a Client Service Leader to cultivate strong relationships with public clients and lead BD efforts across Middle Tennessee.

You will collaborate with project managers and technical specialists to secure and deliver municipal transportation and water/wastewater projects, driving growth and profitability. The ideal candidate combines BD expertise, client-facing communication, and technical knowledge of municipal infrastructure.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited program.
• Minimum 10 years of transportation or water/wastewater industry experience.
• Demonstrated success developing client relationships and winning work with public-sector clients.
• Established professional network and credibility within Middle Tennessee.
• Proven ability to communicate effectively with clients and lead business development efforts.
• Experience leading pursuits, developing proposals, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams.
• Candidates currently serving as Project Managers and SMEs, ready to transition into a client service and business development leadership role are encouraged to apply.

Responsabilidades

• Refine and execute municipal transportation and water/wastewater market strategy for Middle Tennessee.
• Develop and maintain relationships with municipal leaders and utility directors.
• Build and manage a strong project opportunity pipeline and lead pursuits.
• Collaborate with marketing, technical experts, and pursuit teams on winning strategies and proposals.
• Serve as primary client contact and maintain clear communication through delivery.
• Leverage technical knowledge to identify client needs and engage SMEs as appropriate.
• Represent Barge at client meetings, industry events, and professional organizations.
• Maintain CRM data and support business development forecasting and reporting.
• Monitor business development investments and maximize return on investment.
