Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience delivering class/comp in Oregon or PNW public sector.
• Ability to serve as named SME with written references.
• Experience with job evaluation, pay structures, and market studies.
• Comfortable with contract or project-based engagements.

• Deliver or co-deliver class and compensation studies for OR/PNW public entities.
