• Extensive experience delivering OR/PNW public-sector class/comp work.
• Able to serve as named SME with written references.
• Strong background in job evaluation, pay structures, and market studies.
• Comfortable with contract or project-based engagements.

Responsibilities

• Deliver or co-deliver classification and compensation studies for OR/PNW municipalities, counties, special districts, or school districts.
• Lead job evaluation, market studies, and pay-structure recommendations.
• Engage stakeholders and write clear public-sector recommendations.
• Serve as a named SME / project partner with written references when allowed to use name.
• Contribute Oregon/PNW past-performance framing to AlphaGov proposals (when permissioned).
• Collaborate on proposals and maintain project-based engagement flexibility.
