Leoforce in Corning, CA is seeking an experienced Chief Financial Officer to lead all financial and accounting operations for the organization, including oversight of assigned non-gaming entities. This executive will partner closely with senior leadership to shape and execute financial strategies that support long-term health.

Qualifications

• Master’s or higher in finance, accounting, or related field with leadership experience.
• 10+ years of executive leadership experience in government.
• Extensive federal contracts and compliance (2 CFR 200).
• Knowledge of GAAP/GASB and internal controls.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee all financial and accounting operations.
• Develop and implement financial strategies with senior leadership.
• Forecast financial performance and manage budgeting and audits.
• Oversee treasury, procurement, and contracts; ensure compliance.
