Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in business administration, management, finance, economics, information technology, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in business analysis or process improvement, preferably in the public sector or with federal agencies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex data, identify patterns, and develop actionable insights.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques, such as SQL, Excel, Tableau, Power BI, or similar tools.
• Knowledge of BPMN or Six Sigma is desirable.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Support staff with translations of technical documents and with technical writing/editing, engineering, and IT support to help organize and streamline processes.
• Analyze data to identify patterns and develop actionable insights for process improvements.
• Engage with stakeholders at all levels to communicate findings and support evidence‑based decisions.
