• Minimum 5 years of public-sector or government experience.
• Experience gathering and documenting business requirements.
• Experience developing business process maps and workflow diagrams.
• Experience conducting stakeholder interviews and requirements workshops.
• Ability to identify business data elements, systems, and reporting requirements.
• Strong analytical, communication, and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct interviews with State agency stakeholders and subject matter experts.
• Analyze existing business processes, applications, and workflows.
• Develop current-state business process maps.
• Identify critical data fields, systems, reports, and information flows.
• Document business requirements and functional use cases.
• Validate process maps and findings with agency participants.
• Organize use cases to support the data cataloging proof of concept.
• Coordinate with Data Governance Leads and Solution Architects.
