Job summary

Qualifications

  • Auditor I: Bachelor’s degree is required; no experience necessary, but internship in auditing or related fields is preferred.
  • Auditor II: Bachelor’s degree required; 1–3 years’ auditing or related experience; CPA/CFE/CIA/CISA may substitute for experience.

Responsibilities

  • Perform audit procedures, prepare audit documentation, and reach conclusions based on audit evidence.
  • Review financial and performance audits of agencies and other state-funded entities; provide recommendations to improve operations.
  • Participate in auditor training and development through ATP and on-the-job experience.
