Qualifications

• 5-7+ years of experience in product development for technical products.
• Experience in Product Management or a similar role at or above Senior Product Manager level.
• Passion for public sector work and belief in transforming outcomes for the people served.
• Ability to work directly with customers to understand needs and navigate complex organizations.

Responsibilities

• Build enterprise-grade AI agents for government institutions in collaboration with engineers and public sector customers.
• Discover opportunities with federal and state institutions to improve access, responsiveness, and outcomes.
• Engage with customers at all levels to assess requirements, demonstrate capabilities, and iterate agents per policies and workflows.
• Translate mission goals into a clear product strategy, roadmap, and measurable success criteria.
• Shape the platform and public sector roadmap by surfacing unmet needs and prototyping new tools.
