Job summary

The Executive Office of Technology Services and Security (EOTSS) seeks an Enterprise AI Product Manager to own and expand the Commonwealth’s AI Assistant product ecosystem, including agents, integrations, and configurable solutions deployed across agencies. You will define the platform strategy and identify high-impact use cases across secretariats.

Qualifications

• 8 to 10+ years leading digital, platform, or enterprise product initiatives in complex organizations (public sector experience strongly preferred).
• Demonstrated experience prioritizing and scaling products across multiple business units or agencies.
• Proven ability to create and implement structured product management processes and governance frameworks.
• Strong track record defining metrics, measuring outcomes, and communicating value to executive stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own the AI Assistant Product Ecosystem & Roadmap.
• Translate evolving capabilities such as agents, integrations, workflows into practical applications for state government.
• Identify and evaluate high-impact use cases across secretariats and agencies.
• Establish standards for shared enterprise capabilities vs agency-specific configurations.
• Plan for and manage platform changes and deprecations to minimize disruption.
• Align product priorities with executive branch objectives and policy direction.
• Continuously refine the roadmap based on user needs and evolving AI capabilities.
