Job summary

Scale, located in Washington, DC, seeks a Technical Program Manager for its Public Sector Delivery team to drive AI/ML initiatives and ensure customer success across government use cases.

You will lead cross-functional efforts, triage technical and operational issues, and build scalable processes to deliver repeatable outcomes for Public Sector customers. A TS/SCI clearance is preferred; travel up to 25% required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in stakeholder management or customer-facing roles.
• Technical background in CS, Economics, Statistics or Engineering.
• Deep understanding of ML operations processes.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Willingness to travel at least 25% (50% a nice-to-have).

Responsibilities

• Drive innovation and transformation by tackling technical and operational challenges for Public Sector customers.
• Create solutions from scratch or significantly improve existing ones.
• Use data and analytics to align internal resources and deliver value.
• Transition AI/ML tech into Public Sector products when requirements are undefined.
• Partner with engineering and operations to deliver tailored AI systems.
• Lead a cross-functional team to exceed AI/ML objectives.
• Identify and manage risks to maintain long-term customer health.
